I have a background noise on my system, sounds like somebody connected to my ARC playing a game. Is there a way to check which devices are connected to my system? 
The sound pops up when i watch tv, when i mute the tv the sound remains.

There was an update released today that may include a fix for noises coming from speakers. Give that a try, and if the issue persists, I would suggest calling Sonos support.
