I have done EVERYTHING Suggested to get Soundcloud to re-activate and play! Yesterday, it said there was a Soundcloud Outage. Today, I looked to see if there was still an outage & didn’t see one. Funny it plays fine on my phone. Today, Sonos still couldn’t play Soundcloud, so I even took the service off Sonos to reactivate it. Several times, it said something went wrong. Finally, got to the active page & it said it was activated, but when I went to look for the service, nothing was there!!!!!!!!! I went thru this process SEVERAL TIMES!!!! I did Everything! I Literally, a few weeks ago had to do a FACTORY RESET!!! SONOS is really making me Angry at this point, with the app issues the WORST APP IN HISTORY! Please can I just listen to my music, without the app saying “products are missing” or not being able to play the Suggested Services? How do I get this to work?

Hi @heatherleigh, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues getting your system to work.

Checking the incident history on our status page, we had Soundcloud issues on both the 14th and 15th (which was three separate outages, as there was two on the 15th). Your post was made on the 15th, which may have been why you were still having issues. It should be working correctly now, so try adding Soundcloud back if you haven’t yet, or remove and re-add it in your available content services. You can do this by tapping the profile icon → Content Services → Soundcloud → Remove Service. After it’s removed, go back to Content Services and select Add Content Service.

Also, are you still receiving the missing products error in the app? If so, I would recommend rebooting your system by powering off your router → Sonos speakers → and device running the Sonos app in that order for around one to two minutes. After everything is powered back on and the LEDs on your speakers are solid white, try playing Soundcloud again.

If any of these issues are still occurring, and the steps I provided don’t resolve them, please contact our support team for further assistance. They have the necessary tools available to look into your system, see what’s going wrong, and can troubleshoot this with you.

I hope this helps!
