Another bug in SONOS app (android)?
I updated app yesterday and i have some problems : my “Beam2+2xOneSL” disappear except my 2 SONOS Roam. I needed to reset my “Beam2+2xOneSL”. Now I have a new problem 😂 :I see my Beam+2xOneSL (= Home Theater) in the App but not my 2 SONOS Roam… I keep my 2 SONOS Roam ON and kill the app. I restart the app : I see my 2 SONOS Roam but not my Beam+2xOneSL anymore 🤣 I turn OFF my 2 SONOS Roam and… My Beam+2xOneSL is back and my 2 SONOS Roam disappear If I turn ON my 2 SONOS Roam, they don't appear in the appLove this app!Edit 1:When my “Beam2+2xOneSL” is in the app, if I try to add new devices, the app cannot find my 2 SONOS Roams 🙄…And When my 2 SONOS Roams are in the app, if I try to add new devices, the app cannot find my “Beam2+2xOneSL” 😡Edit 2:All my SONOS devices are on the same network (and same simple wifi network). Cant delete a music track from sonos
I have this music track that I can’t seem to remove, delete, or however you want to phrase it. It’s the Tinlicker track in the pic. My music sources for Sonos are SoundCloud and Mixcloud. This particular track is not on my list of music of either one. I’ve deleted the SoundCloud and Mixcloud app from Sonos and it still appears as you see. Any ideas on removing it. On any other song in my lists, deleting it from the source doesn’t allow it to show up on. Never heard of CreateRadio either. my Sonos app.
I’ve finally found an excellent phone app that will give me multi band equalization for my Sonos speakers. The Neutron Music Player app allows me to play audio from Phone/NAS etc to Sonos over my home wifi network including any equalization settings.Its a bit complicated ‘tiil you get used to it and I did have to change one setting to allow quicker discovery of the Sonos speakers: Settings/Network/Source State Check Time=1Also really good for headphones with AutoEQ built in and separate EQ for left and right ear if reqd.

Android app shows empty queue each time started up
When I start up the Android app it keeps showing the queue screen which is empty. It does this if the room that is playing is showing full screen but not if the playing is minimised and showing the rooms instead - hopefully that makes sense.So if I close the app with the playing showing full screen, it will open full screen the next time and immediately shows the empty queue. If I close the app showing the rooms with the playing part minimised, it doesn’t open the queue screen when I start up the app but as soon as I maximise the playing part of it, it shows the queue screen.There’s nothing in the queue and I just mainly listen to Planet Rock Radio which is still showing in the playing part when I start the app up.The queue has been empty for many months and I’ve not used it for many months apart from having to keep close it when it opens by itself.
Boost and CR-200
If I add a Boost to my (S1 SonosNet mesh) system that uses a Bridge: Will the Boost increase signal range so that my CR-200 won’t struggle to find the signal. If so, how do I use the Boost? Do I have my system “find” it and then I just plug it in midway between the Bridge and where I use the CR-200?Thanks in advance for your help.
Sonos One Updating Forever / Cancel Update
Hey there.My Sonos products are set to update overnight. However, all of my Ones sans one can't be used and marked as "updating" in the app. It's been this way all day. According to this page (https://support.sonos.com/en/article/sonos-led-lights) they should be flashing orange and white. They are not.I've rebooted my router and unplugged the faulty Ones and plugged them back in. No avail.Can I just cancel this update? What's going on here?
W11 refuse to connect to SONOS
What did work perfect in W10 is not the case in W11. I can’t connect to SONOS. This is a HP Notebook and the settings done by my company. Meaning, I have restricted access as administrator. So I can’t change the public to Private network. Any other suggestions able to connect please?
CD Player via Home AV Receiver Using Sonos Connect
Hi, I have an older Sonos Connect that I have used for years to integrate my home audio AV receiver into the Sonos ecosystem so I can enjoy audio through my primary home theatre system. I have the Sonos Connect plugged into CD-R input on my Yamaha receiver. It all works well when I am using a streaming service like Pandora or Amazon Music. What I can’t figure out is how to integrate my CD player from the home theater system into the Sonos ecosystem. If I were to plug the Connect into the back of the CD player (which I actually cannot since this is occupied via line out to the receiver) I would lose the receiver’s usage as the primary sound source for this area. I know I am missing something here. Am I running a line out from the Connect to something? Thanks in advice for any suggestions. Regards, Michael
last.fm double scrobble - a fix of sorts
I have used last.fm since 2005 and bought my first Sonos devices in 2012, and I have suffered from the double scrobble problem when using Spotify that has been discussed in question threads for many years. If I remove scrobbling from Sonos but play Spotify through Sonos, no scrobbles are registered. If I have last.fm as a service I get two scrobbles for each track I listen to.I have a fix for this problem. Of sorts. I bought a Sonos Roam, a brilliant little speaker, that has the ability to connect to both my Sonos system via wifi and my mobile device via Bluetooth. So, I connect to the Roam with Bluetooth, control Spotify with my phone, never use the Spotify service in Sonos, and then connect the Roam to my Sonos system and at last, no more double scrobbles.of course a dedicated in-Sonos coded solution software update would be much better, but this works, so I’m happy.Now I just need to get the Beam I received today to talk to my Sony Bravia TV.

Subject line pretty much sums it up. Trueplay “loses” speaker. They’re all there making noises. Arc, sub + 2 play:3’s. i know this subject has been addressed before, but the Sonos ppl shut it down before useful advice appears. (Why do they do that? Just leave it open until the problem is solved.)
How to limit access to certain sonos devices?
I have a number of devices in my house (Arc, Beam, Amps, Ones,...). Some are in my living room, dining room, TV room, each kid’s rooms, gym, patio,… I would like to limit the ability of kid 1 to connect to device in kid 2’s room (accidental or on purpose). Basically I would like to give my kid 1 access to sonos in their room and TV room. Kid 2 to sonos in their room and TV room. For me and wife I would like unlimited access to all sonos devices including Kid1 and Kid2 room systems. I don’t see this ability in the sonos app. I can’t believe that sonos has not invested some resources in to this feature. How can customers put in a feature request?
Amazon music, the sound increases by itself.
Hi,I find that with the amazon music apps, rarely, but sometimes the sound increases by itself by about 40%, and most often it is 5 seconds before the end of a song. Problem between Amazon and Sonos system? Just Amazon streaming service problem? What do you think about that?Thanks
Same search works in Spotify but not in Sonos app
I frequently want to search for music from specific record labels. In Spotify this is very easy. I can search for label:universal and then I will see music from Universal Music.If I use the Sonos app (on Android in my case) the same search criteria returns nothing.I would expect the Sonos app to allow me to do the same search as I can in Spotify.Is this a bug/feature missing in the Sonos app?
Music Services Song Shuffle
I won’t repeat what MANY have described in detail and (for years) regarding the Sonos app’s inability to shuffle >500 music service songs. My question is rather straightforward..what is Sonos doing to fix this long-standing issue? And why do Sonos support reps not understand this major software issue and are able to acknowledge it even without a fix? BTW and working in software myself, this feature gap seems something Sonos should prioritize. This is something one shouldn’t encounter with a premium brand. Frankly I’m a bit embarrassed having invested thousands of dollars outfitting my new home with 11 Sonos speakers.
Apple Music and dolby atmos on Sonos
Hi Sonos fan,I am currently testing in the Sonos apps, Amazon music and Apple music, in order to later choose one of the two for a permanent subscription.I test both with the same song, (Flowers from Miley Cyrus). With Amazon music, the Dolby Atmos logo is there and the sound starts on the Arc soundbar.With Apple music, if the sound comes directly to the iPad, the Dolby Atmos logo is there, but when I change the destination on my Sonos system, the Dolby Atmos logo disappears and the song starts on the two One SL speakers behind me.So I wonder if Dolby Atmos with Apple music wouldn't be compatible with Sonos, but only in stereo mode?It is curious to note that the same song is broadcast in different ways on my sonos system (Arc SL, two One SL, Sub gen 3), with amazon mainly on the arc, and with apple, mainly on the two one sl . Playing Downloaded vs Non Downloaded Amazon Music
I know you add/authorize Amazon Music as service, but can Sonos differentiate, and or prioritize playing downloaded songs from you Amazon Music library? (My theoretical scenario is if your internet connection speed is slow, can you play your downloaded Ultra HD Amazon Music without buffering or loading?)
