Yeah, I’m old enough to remember the debacle that was created when Coca Cola released “New Coke”! It was met with such fury and negative publicity - including in media - that Coca Cola was forced to take it off the market and revert back to (basically) the same old formula.

Now, it seems like Sonos is trying to become more content based rather than product / systems based. Stick to what you know - hardware. Roll back to give us the product control that made the system great in the first place. Otherwise I’m looking elsewhere for my client’s needs. Unfortunately, I’m already invested in multiple Sonos systems in two separate locations, so I have to wait until you “fix” or roll back the app so I can enjoy my system(s) again…
