speakers come and go from S2
I have three stereo pairs Ones Fives (w/sub) and Moves. I no longer can get all of them to appear in S2 on my cellphone nor on my desktop. When I open S2 a random stereo pair is there and it works flawlessly. Close S2 and reopen it again and a different stereo pair is in S2, and t works flawlessly. But I want ALL the speakers to be in S2 at the same time!
Components drop off system Intermittently
I am running a Gen-1 system comprising two Connect ZP90's, a Connect Amp ZP120 and a ZoneBridge BR100. Intermittently, the two ZP90's keep dropping off of the (Sonos) system. Checking my router web page, all components show up as connected and are assigned MAC addresses, even when NOT showing up on the Sonos app. One will disappear to be replaced by the other, before swapping again and (sometimes) temporarily all components will reappear on the system for a short time before disappearing again. This despite one of the ZP90's being hardwired to the router via a NETGEAR 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged Switch (GS108). Restarting the router seems to help temporarily, but isn’t providing a long term fix. Also, frequently, when trying to play a radio station on one of the ZP90's, I get a message saying "Cannot connect to Sonos Product" I have sent diagnostics and the confirmation number is: 1656924348. Can anybody help please? THANK YOU.
Connection from Sonos Port to Kin Play Mini speakers occasionally drops out
Hi,I stream music wirelessly through my Sonos Port but I experience sound cutting out after variable periods of play (after 5 mins of listening but sometimes as long as an hour without interruption). My Port is connected to my Totem’s Kin Play Mini speakers through the two RCA cables that came with the Port unit. I checked my router and download speed is adequate (63 Mbps). I’ve gone tru the troubleshooting tests proposed elsewhere on this website (such as restarting the router, the Port unit and the Sonos app) to no avail.Any suggestions?
Problem with Sonos Port RCA output / Need a retailer for repair
I have what seems to be a really basic problem with the RCA output of my Port. Probably a simple soldering problem. Music don’t play on the left side. When I shake the cable/input, sometime it starts to work back and then sounds stop. At first it worked great for weeks before the problem come back, but it slowly kept doing it more and more. This seem a really really common problem and anyone familiar with usual analog amps and cables can figure this out. So I chat with Sonos guys and I spent 2 hours with them doing tests/sending pics that solved nothing. Now they want me to call them so they can continue their tests by phone so they can figure this is actually a simple soldering problem or something related to the physical port itself. They never f*****g bothered recognized it could be a simple soldering issue. All they want is to figure this out with more tests. with the RCA and they tested everything, but could not just aknowledge that it could just be a simple soldering issue. BTW, I
Audio breaking up with Deezer with >7 speakers
Dear all,I am using Deezer Family with my Sonos system:4 pairs of Sonos One, one of the pairs with a Sub 2 Play 5 Sonos Controller S1 All fixed IPsWhen I group more than 3 pairs of Sonos One (incl. Sub), the 4th pair starts the music with a delay, and then starts/stops randomly. With only 3 pairs (incl. Sub), there is no problem. It doesn’t matter which pairs I group, but as soon as I have more than 7 loudspeakers grouped, it doesn’t work any more.Funnily enough, everything (up to all 11 loudspeakers) works perfectly with my NAS. Stable, fast, no issue at all. It’s neither a internet connection issue (600Mb fibre), nor an access point issue, as it is close to the loudspeakers.Nor is it a Wifi interference issue, as there is only one access point with 2.4GHz, and no interfering signals (checked with a Wifi analyzer). Also tried all different wireless channels.Nor is it my access point. Tried setup with Sonos Boost. Much worse than now where I can play at least 6 Sonos One and my Sub simu

wall Fixation TV Sanus
Hi guys ,i want to fixe my playbar on the wall. there arias a special kit from sonos or the TV Sanus wall fixation. This second option sounds good but the playbar is fixed juste under the television with no space between the playbar and the tv… In the playbar instructions it is writen we must keep a space between the tv and the playbar (25mm if under tv or 50 mm if on top) for a better audio performance…is it an issue with Sanus fixation ? tks
Here we go again I have a number of Sono1 speakers. When we got them they allowed music via apple phone & iPads then they stopped that and we had to download google play and yes you probably already know that no longer works. So at this moment in time a have expensive radios as that’s all I can play. Besides always having my computer on is there another way I can play MY music which I have already bought.
Turntable and Playbar / Sub -> Sonos Port ?
Hi,I have a Playbar and a Sub Gen 2 in my living room.I want to buy a turntable and therefore be able to connect it to this Playbar and its Sub.Can you confirm that the Sonos Port is the solution for this? And are the 3 turntables sold by Sonos compatible and of good quality? Thanks for your insightful responses!
Port... am I missing something?
I have Port connected to a turntable & I am finding it the most confusing, clumsy & inconsistent device.I don’t know if I have installed it the wrong way or if I am not understanding how to use it, especially to output to different rooms and speakers. It is driving me totally nuts.‘Listen in every and any room’ they say. Not likely!Example - I have a pair of Era 100s and a Sub Mini set-up as the turntable listening system. These are all wifi connected. I start the turntable running, select Port as the source and then press play and it works (although inexplicably it often cuts out play when you turn the record over, you have to press play again…)In my main living area I have Arc, Sub and a pair of One SLs connected to the TV.If I try to add that room as an output… nothing. The audio from the TV continues, it doesn’t switch to the different source, if I try with the TV switched off… nothing. This doesn’t happen with other sources such as streaming from my iPhone or iMac or playin

Connect amp or generic bluetooth amp
*I reposted this to a Discussion thread. Not sure how to delete this post though.* Hi, I recently moved into a house with in-ceiling speakers and Zoneplayer 120 / Connect Amp connected to the speakers throughout the house, other than in the basement where there is no amp. I am using the basement room as a gym so I don’t see the need to have that room play the same music as other parts of the house.I was just going to get a used Zoneplayer 120 / Connect Amp but they still sell for $200+ CAD where I am. My questions is do you see any benefit in getting that over a generic Bluetooth amp for less than half the price. Bluetooth would be nice because I am then not limited to S1 music services (no Airplay, etc.).If I stick to similar wattage of the Zoneplayer 120 (55W per speaker), will I miss out on sound quality? Some alternative Bluetooth amps I found quickly on Amazon are: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B06Y67PZB1/ref=emc_b_5_thttps://www.amazon.ca/dp/B076XSBCCL/ref=emc_b_5_iLook forward to
