Every Sunday evening - Unable to add songs to the que
Reboot every weekend? Is that the solution? This is REALLY annoying and I able to reboot each device, reset each device, and reboot my router. However this cuts in to family time every Sunday. Is this what this SONOS system requires?Thanks for any help on this topic.
One Connect not working
I have 4 Connects (plus a Roam) on my Sonos 2 system. They are connected to my Bose speakers in 4 rooms.The speakers in 3 rooms are working fine, but 1 room is not. It happens to be the large main room on my system, where there are several speakers which are controlled by Bose.All 4 Connects and the Roam show up in “about my Sonos system”.I realize this might be a Bose problem, but I have tried everything on my Bose remote without success, so I thought I would post here first.Thanks in advance for any help.
ZP90 keeps flashing white
My ZP90 keeps flashing white and does not show up in S1 anymore. I had run an update which completed downloading to the unit but got stuck at unit "restart" with light flashing white for a few days. I tried plugging off and on and tried reset by holding the mute button but light just keeps flashing as soon as I plug in power. Is there anything else I should do? Thanks!
Symfonisk looses connection?!
Hi, my newly installed Symfonisk Bookshelf looses connection over night, every night. I always have to re-do the connection to get it in the app again. Have tried both Sonos apps (S1+S2) on ios and its the same problem.Once ive reconnected it it wont work with google home, it cannot connect to it and I cannot plays music on it through google home or google nest. Whats wrong? Thankful for any help!
One channel (left or right) goes off when joining with other room
Hi,i have two Sonos One’s that are a stereo pair. And I have two Symfonisks that are a stereo pair. They work fine when I play music on either of the sets. However, when I group the Sonos and Symfonisks, only the right (or left) speakers of both pairs play sound. The other channel goes off. Any tips? Grouping the speaker sets used to work fine, but has stopped working since we moved to a new place. Could it be a wifi signal issue? Thanks! Stefan
Harmony 650 volume and mute buttons stopped working with Playbar
After several years the volume and mute buttons on my 650 control have gone inert . I’m trying to shift these functions to other unassigned buttons on the 650 e.g. the Channel Up/Down switch as the new volume control. However, these the volume and mute functions seem to be tied to the original buttons. Thus deleting the Playbar does not free-up the original buttons. Has anyone successfully done this buttons transfer?
Cannot connect to all sonos in house
We bought a new Sonos for the bedroom on the third floor of our townhouse. The second one is on the middle floor and the third one on the kitchen on the ground floor. Three of us in the house using the Sonos and all experiencing different states of connectivity. Sometimes we can see all devices, sometimes two and sometimes none. All are different at any different times on each of our mobiles. Router is on the middle floor and we have tried everything we have found in line. Unplugging, re booting etc. Anything we have missed before having to buy a booster? Thanks
Selected apple music playlists not playing
I sometimes use multiple Apple Music playlists, curated by Apple, across my Sonos estate. I am having a problem with one in particular. It works perfectly well through Apple Music, and I have added it to ‘My Playlists’ but on my Sonos system, when I try to play it, I get the message “We’ve run into a problem. Try again”. Can anyone help please? I am using the main Sonos app (not S1) on iOS and the playlist is “A very Indie Christmas”. It used to work a couple of weeks ago-about the time I upgraded to S2 (not sure if that is a coincidence!) Thanks!
Pandora Alarm keeps kicking off and plays CHIME
I’ve been reading about how interference or loss of wireless connection can kick a playlist off the alarm, reverting to Chime which brings up a few questions as this keeps happening to my system. Questions: Is there anyway to set it so when the playlist is stopped it doesn’t play anything? That Chime is SO annoying. My system is wired so why would it stop playing? I don’t get any notification on Sonos that this has happened so I don’t know how to run a diagnostic. Is there anyway to remote in to resume play? If I’m not on-site, I have to drive over to resume play which is also annoying.Thanks!Mateo
My sinus connect will not switch in. It is not power as I have connected the power lead to another connect box and that works fine. no white light on connect boxthis is the second connect box that has given me trouble. many suggestions on cause/ solution. I have tried the reboot etc per the sinus help guidesthanksalan
speakers come and go from S2
I have three stereo pairs Ones Fives (w/sub) and Moves. I no longer can get all of them to appear in S2 on my cellphone nor on my desktop. When I open S2 a random stereo pair is there and it works flawlessly. Close S2 and reopen it again and a different stereo pair is in S2, and t works flawlessly. But I want ALL the speakers to be in S2 at the same time!
App v13 cant connect or find my systems
The Sonos app has been getting worse and worse in terms of connecting to my systems. A lot of the time only some of them appear, if I reboot my phone and the sometimes the systems they reappear. Now it cant connect and keeps telling me my network has changed or that I need to reboot my router and reconnect my systems.They are connected to the network fine and can stream music, just I cannot talk to them using the app. Anyone had a solution from Sonos to fix this, the app used to work so well now the whole system is bordering on useless.
cant see sonos on android app after update
Hi, my app updated the other day, since then i can very rarely connect to the sonos.The only ways to get it working is an ethernet cable or reboot the router. Once the router reboots i can see the system in the app for a few minutes until it looses it again. The sonos will continue to play whatever was loaded up but it wont let me connect from the app. I sat for half an hour with the sonos rep on the live chat the other day fiddling with the routers internet settings and while it worked when he was on the phone, it lost it a few minutes later. This is really annoying. The system has never had any issues, iv been using it for 4years now. The last few days have been difficult with no music. Please help
I am trying to install a new playbar. The system finds the playbar and then asks me to push the play/pause button and volume up. I do so and hear the chime. But nothing happens afterward. The app stays waiting for me to push both buttons and doesn’t move forward. Does anybody know how to solve this issue? thanks.
Can't recover controller connection S2 (iOS / Android / Windows)
HiOver the last couple of days I’ve lost the control connection to all my devices whether accessing via iOS14, Android7 or Windows10. I’m not aware that anything on my network has changed. Diag #1441113905 S2 ver 13. All on same wifi ssid.I think I’ve tried everything, following the instructions for re-connection in the apps, and sometimes I get some progress, but now have nothing connected. All devices re-booted, router re-booted, one Sonos factory reset. I managed to connect a Play1 by connecting wired. At this stage, I did a diagnostic and could see all the units in the Network page of the web diagnostics. It then disappeared when I tried adding the other devices back. I separately got my Play3 connected, but that disappeared when I tried to connect back a Play5 (it got through most of the setup, and failed at the last step after the app switches back to the wifi network in use.I factory reset a Play1 and this got through most of the steps of adding back, but failed at the l
of two Iphones, one is not finding all speakers
Hi everyone. I have an annoying problem with my sonos equipment. we are using 5 sonos 1, 1 center, 1 sub and 1 amp. We are accessing all via two iphones to acces our sonos equipment. One shows all speakers the other is missing some. Why is that ? Both phones have been restarted and are all connected to the same wifi as the entire sonos equipment.
