Spotify was possible because it was already supported on Amazon Alexa. It appears a service must first be playable on Alexa before it can be playable on Sonos via Alexa.
There is an alexa skill called myspeaker, download it and follow the instructions to run it. Works perfectly for napster and local libraries. Very easy to setup and use.

Echo dot purchased via sonos offer, returned after 20 minutes after finding no napster support. Poor promotion by sonos.

I'm waiting on Napster Alexa support before I buy any more Sonos hardware, so please add it soon.
I definitely want Napster to be available as I much prefer it to Spotify (and its cheaper):

As Napster was one of the first music services with Sonos it should really be one of the first that can connect to Alexa. Please add me as another for the Napster wish list

Another napster vote for me. I joined napster when i bought my first sonos speaker, it was recomended by sonos. Wonder how many other people signed up to napster upon this recommendation. Seems like we have been forgotten. Poor showing sonos.
