Same thing here . LG TV Bluetooth connect to Era 100, no sound a result . All Saturday working n it and believing it was LG ! 

Same here! Bought the Era yesterday and also realized that:

  1. It only stereo-pairs with other Era 100 (I have Play:1)
  2. Line-in only works with the Sonos audio adapter. It has to be Sonos brand
  3. And now this?

Regretting it already. Fix ASAP!

We are aware of an issue that fits your description of Bluetooth connecting but playing no audio and are currently investigating. We have no estimation for how long it will take to resolve.

As for the 3.5mm jack not working either, I recommend testing with another input device - if you still don’t get audio, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
