New App causing speakers to go to volume level 0, turns on the green mute light


I have noticed some of my speakers sporadically going to volume level 0 since the June 17, 2024 update of the new App. This causes the speaker’s indicator light to go green. Has anyone found a setting to stop these volume changes?

my system seems to have lost the green light and muting problem

Standing by for many other issues to be resolved

Same issue this morning.  2 of my 10 speakers automatically revert to 0 volume level within a few seconds, regardless of the level I set them in the android app.

We now consider this issue to be resolved. If you still experience this behaviour, please ensure both your Sonos system and Sonos app are fully up-to-date and if still seeing the same problem, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports. Thanks.
