Chinese music services no longer work

Hi, I used to use some of the Chinese music services with Sonos and they worked pretty well. But recently some of they have stopped working. Either songs are unplayable after being added to playlist or the songs are not even showing. It is especially bad with the two services shown in the screenshot that I attached. I suspect the reason might be that they started to block foreign access due to copyright issues. I encountered this issue when I was using their own app, but was able to resume using them after becoming a paying member of theirs (paying member can use the service internationally). But apparently they still don't work with Sonos even that I added them to Sonos with my paying member credential. Would very appreciate it if you can look into this issue. Thank you! Error Code 30 : Bridge when updating to 6.4

Hi guys, I've tried to update my sonos system and it seems to have update all my speakers apart from the Sonos Bridge. I've unplugged, power cycled whilst holding the button in, but it still is coming up with a failure when trying to update. If I click use anyway, I can use as normal, it just doesn't seem to want to update. Any suggestions?

Support Windows 8 RT for Surface Tablet and Windows Phone 8 for Mobile Devices

This is not a full windows 8 platform but will work new surface tablet and Samsung and others plan to use this OS which is not fully windows 8 compatible. It would be very helpful if sonos would support this as the tablet looks promising.

5.2 = Another disappointment?

Got really excited when I saw support for multiple..... thinking it would be music libraries. But no, the system still can't handle multiple users / music libraries, and STILL doesn't search Contributing Artists (unlike Andronos on Android and SonoPad / Sonophone on iPad and iPhone. C'mob Sonos, get it sorted. Really and truthfully, how hard can it be?

I've used the Sonos device for a few hours now. I love it. I love it a lot. I wonder if they are making the next version of this device to support video streaming.. you must.. you must.. :) And, make it cool like you do. Go Sonos !!! -Anil

Are you happy with the 3.0 update?

Quite simple, lets get some numbers on all the chatter thats flying around. In order that Sonos can gauge some meaningful feedback please reply to this thread with your supporting opinions for your choice. EDIT: Now I've put my mobile phone down and can type with both hands I'll finish this post off properly. I voted NO as I believe the perception that has been given and supported is that we, the users, will get our idea's turned into tweaks/new features/upgrades etc. through the Sound Idea's forum. Given that the fact that the last two updates have had very few changes to the system (i.e. Not new services) I fear that the focus on this may have drifted. I understand the current world economic situation means that luxury products suchs as Sonos will be put aside for essential purchase and that Sonos will and must look to increase it's user base to survive doesnt mean that we, as existing users cannot express our dissapointment at this shift. My hopes for the future are that the

Would You Buy an Ampless w/Digital Out "Zone Player Pro"

This topic has been beat to death on this forum. I am hoping this thread generates enough interest to at least peak the interest of the money makers at Sonos and hopefully this or a version of it is put into production. [b]A "Zone Player Pro" would be Ampless and have One (1) Coax and One (1) Optical Digital Outputs in a standard 17" Audio/HT component case.[/b] Forget any and all other requests, for now, such as rackmount, color, additional features, or a Price Reduction. Lets assume it will cost the same as the current Zone player $499, anything less would be a bonus. [b]Simply put, do you want and would you purchase a "Zone Player Pro"[/b].
