Got a brand new Move today. Have had it on the charger for 30 minutes - no lights have turned on.
Do I have a defective speaker, or do I need to be more patient?

Were you able to power-on your new Move? If not, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team.
Perhaps also ensure the charger-loop is the correct way up and that the contacts are connecting to the speaker contacts at the rear base of the speaker.
