I seem to be having a similar issue with one of my Playbases not being able to access the wireless network.  My support diagnostics2039956771.

Have you tried unplugging the Playbase from power for a couple of minutes and rebooting your router? Also be sure WiFi is enabled on the Playbase in the Sonos app.

Hi @Playbase_User, welcome to the Sonos Community!

Unfortunately it looks like the Playbase has developed a fault with its Wireless Card, leaving it unable to connect without an Ethernet cable.

What I’d recommend is to reach out to our Support Team via live chat or phone call, and they should be able to get you sorted :)
