Hi;

My order 1********* is does not appear anywhere and I have been charged!!!

This is, unfortunately, a community website, and I don’t think we have any access to order information. Your best bet is to call Sonos sales directly. 

OTOH, speaking from experience on previous orders, there’s been as much as 24 hours difference between being charged on the credit card, and the actual website being updated. I’ve always assumed there’s a chron job being run, and it’s not instantaneous. I’d wait a bit, and see if you get a shipping email from Sonos.


There can also be a delay between releasing items to the shipper and customer notification.
