The Sonos software on my Mac can’t find my system, although the Sonos app can find it.
I haven’t changed my router or firewall.

View originalI’m going to answer my own question because I couldn’t find the answer here. The change that I made to my network was my recently installed VPN software. Once I deactivated my VPN, it solved the problem. Not sure how to use my Sonos software while running a VPN, but at last I know that was the issue.
