I switched my internet from frontier to Verizon home internet. I can only connect play 3 to the new service. Move and Roam cannot connect. It’s frustrating. I was on the Sonos tech support for over 1 hour and they suggested I ask Verizon to create a second WiFi but Verizon had no clue about that fix. I may go back to my old provider rather than buy other speakers.

I’m using Verizon. I’m not fond of their Gateway, but works with my SONOS.
What else is on your network besides SONOS?
Don’t Factory Reset any SONOS components without further consult.
