Hi, 

We have a recurring problem with our Sonos Beam. It keeps (appx once every couple of days) playing random tracks at full volume via our Sonos beam. Invariably the television is switched on and the beam is acting as a soundbar. These tracks are tracks we would never choose and aren't part of any playlist we have.

I contacted Sonos a couple of months ago and they thought it might be sourced from Spotify (free version). We've deleted Spotify from our devices and now the tracks are coming from Amazon music (free version). This is driving us potty.

 

We have a Sonos 1 in the kitchen and it never plays from that, always the beam.

You need to call Sonos Support to get the diagnostic looked at, the staff has been a bit thin here on the user-to-user forums the last few days.
