My sub was paired to a Beam gen 1 but recently I had my doubts if it actually supported the Beam. Today I paired it with a new Arc and I come to the conclusion that it doesnt give any sound. In the Sonos-app it states the roomname + sub. I tried to remove it from my sytem and add it back, which did not help. There are no new updates. Anyone have an idea on how to solve this? 

Have you tried increasing the Sub volume? System/Settings/roomname/Sub audio. There’s also an on/off toggle.
 

If you still hear no difference, call Sonos support.

I switched off the Arc's (and previously also the Beam's) wifi because I use an internetcable since a few weeks.…

 


Yeah, Sonos really needs to rework that "feature" to better explain what it does.
