I have a new internet provider and changed router and wi-fi. While setting up the system, I have done the factory reset and the system connects to the wi-fi. I can use them true my air-play (they are visible there) but not visible in the SONOS app?? 
 

What to do?

Could you try going to Settings / Manage / Network / Update Networks?


Not able to push “manage” since no system is set up in the app… just “create system” but since the speakers already are added, the app don’t locate them..

Or you could have changed the new WiFi credentials to the old ones…….

Always the best option unless you have security reasons to change WiFi settings.
