I can’t seem to locate where to disconnect some speakers that were added to a system and set them back up on a new system

There is no option in the app to disconnect speakers from the system.

When you disconnect power from the applicable speakers, you will have the option to hide them from the existing system in the app.

Factory reset the removed speakers and setup on a new system.

The removed speakers will eventually drop off the existing system.

When you factory reset a product, it will show as offline in the App for 72 hours (although you can choose to hide it - account login credentials required). The reset/offline devices remain in your account profile online, for reference purposes (they will not interfere with your App/System) …but will disappear from the profile when a device is later added to another Sonos account.
