View originalThanks for your reply. Unfortunately, our Roam doesn’t respond to that approach . The battery finally became completely discharged so it did faux reset. This little speaker is great when it works, but it does something frustrating every 7-10 days. Our Move is a solid, easy to use delight (albeit heavier to carry around.
You can try a forced restart by holding the power button for about 15 seconds.
