Sonos Move Not Turning On

I cannot get my Sonos Move to turn on.

 

When plugged into a power source the battery indicator fast flashes red then turns to a solid orange.

 

When I try to do a factory reset of the device I get exactly the same outcome except that the indicator on the top flashes white for a few seconds and then nothing happens.

 

My Sonos is only about 3 months old so I’m not sure what the problem is here?

 

Any help would hugely appreciated!
