I have this issue that the music is not audible via airplay from iPhone ( latest iOS ) but the airplay works very well with Sonos Roam from MacBook(latest OS) . they all are connected to same network.

Have you rebooted your iPhone? Since the Sonos is working fine with the MacBook, it seems more like an issue on the iPhone side.
yes, I tried rebooting and even tried with different iPhone as well. but the problem still persists.
Odd. There shouldn’t be any difference between the MacBook’s AirPlay 2 and the iPhones, from a Sonos perspective.
I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
