Connected to Roam via Bluetooth, not visible to Sonos app

I’m trying to connect my Roam to a new Bluetooth network. Frustratingly, when I open the Sonos app to accomplish this, the speaker is not visible. This is despite my phone actually connected to the speaker via Bluetooth, and playing music. How can I convince the app to talk to the speaker directly and reconfigure the WiFi network?

This is happening to me right now! It’s frustrating! I’m charging my roam to see if that’s the problem. I can’t even see how much battery I have on the app!
