Hello, recently my Sonos ray bar started to mute itself (happens sporadically) 

Sometimes it unmute itself but sometimes I need to press unmute button several times. 

 

I uploaded a diagnostic test *********.

Thanks Donald, all of mentioned was performed, it starts to work fine after restart, but then returns to muting after a while
