Sonos going in and out during videoplay

Sonos arc been having problems just recently. It would skip every minute or so with a silence and have the sound back on again. It’s very frustrating. I’ve changed channel and submitted a diagnosis. Number is 326850152. Please someone help resolve this issue.

Sounds like you have a Samsung TV to me. Please share the model # and the firmware version.
