Hi

i have a Sony Android TV with Sonos arc connected to eARC . I loose the audio on TV and that happens frequently and I need to do a reset of my TV to get the audio back on the soundbar. During this time I can play audio on the Arc using other sources for example audio Over airplay

can someone pls help with issue? 
 

What model of Sony TV is it? I ask because some Sony TV’s have been mentioned on the forum threads here as having an issue with their HDMI ports, which Sony are investigating.

I’ve had zero issues with my Sony 950G and my Arc system.  Atmos works great every time
