I am located in Sydney, Australia, and it’s nearly impossible to get support here, so I’m reaching out for help.
My ACE device is less than three months old, and there are what appear to be palm print marks on the exterior case that cannot be wiped off. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
I’m really upset that such an expensive purchase has such poor build quality.
I have similar scuff marks on mine as well and I agree it is disappointing. I use mine daily for my commute. I wish the matte coating was more durable. Anyone have a way of covering up these marks?

i have the same marks. Not as important than you but basically because i stopped to put the headphone in the case… which is ridiculous.
The quality material of the headphone is not suitable to the case … !!
