I'm just telling the absolute truth of what a piece of * sonos has become.
my question is.
Why did they make the sonos system crap, what did they do with the sound system that should be simple to use? 
Why is the community having so many problems with the systems?
Why do they need my location?
Why did SONOS stop working like the vast majority?

If Sonos would make a decent product to support their expensive solution, people wouldn’t have to resort to venting in this forum. Nothing anyone says has any impact on this awful app design. Yet Sonos still charges the same as they did when the app was at least functional. It makes no sense whatsoever that this company would show zero loyalty to customers that have stood by their side all of these years. I have spent thousands of dollars on Sonos products and now I am unable to use them how I used to. This is complete garbage and the condescending response ti a customers legitimate complaint speaks volumes of where the company stands. Shame on all of you

Every day they should leave a message in X to these unpresentable people. I have already put up for sale this great scam that they have become. I had sonos put in hotels, in shopping malls and over time they degraded the whole system. SONOS should melt or gather many users to sue them.
What other products do you recommend buying that are clearly not SONOS scammers?
