Sonos straight up sucks a**! You literally can’t do anything with this new app!!!!! Change volume? Nope, search for music? Change speaker config? Nope! Nothing!!! 
 

yet the CEO who clearly is in way over his head, just denies it and tells his customers that they are too stupid and don’t realize what they have! Typical uneducated liberal elitist! He clearly is too stupid for him to hold his position, which is why the company has tanked under his “ leadership”!!!!

 

stay away from Sonos, it sucks and is way overpriced!!!

This comment gets to the core of my experience.  I can’t change rooms, it constantly reverts back to the original room, I can’t control the volume, the app stops in the middle of a song and shuts down.  It starts skipping through multiple tracks uncontrollably.  

At the moment the system is off.  It is unusable.  Forget about the library and all the other things that don’t work.  At the core the app does not work.  The app does not work.  The app does not work.  

Who is running this company?  How in the world can you launch an app that RUNS YOUR PRODUCTS with god knows how many customers, basically unable to use the service / speakers we paid thousands to buy?  

Who is doing the testing before launching something? 


Yep, and now I just got a notice that Sonos has mishandled my data and let it leak out! The company is circling the bowl and clearly has no purpose except to rip off new buyers! Which is why I am letting everyone I know about how bad of a product it is and how they don’t care to fix it. They just double down on their crap product!
