First of all, if there’s so much hate, bugs and whatever on the new app, why no rollback - can someone tell me why my multi thousand dollar fully integrated home sound system gets to be a brick all of a sudden?

 

My wifi is exceptional, but not for Sonos anymore - songs take ages to play, pause and skip and every room has its own delay.


I have two issues I wonder if other people encounter as well:

 

Any other users have problems with deezer playlists as well? Yesterday I added a lot new songs to my favorites, but Sonos simply can’t see them and when I click one it will just start playing the song that was in that position the last week. If you get what I’m saying?

 

Then - I use Sonos at work as well, it used to connect automatically, not anymore, everytime I need to reconnect if I was at home and go to work or vice versa. Is it a known issue a device can only be connected to one ecosystem?


Weirdly enough, my playlists work fine at work...

 

 

 

Hi

I use Deezer streaming service and recently (around the time of the App ‘upgrade’) this has become unusable.

Every minute or so the song just stops although the App says its still playing!

I have tried all sorts of things but it seems after research that this is a know problem with Sonos & Deezer.

I have tried my other streaming music service (Amazon) and this works fine so it is confined to Deezer.

I have solid Wi-Fi and the system has been installed using deezer for many years without problems.

 

When is this going to be sorted or what is the fix now if this exists.

I also agree with the Community sentiment that the Sonos App ‘upgrade’ seems flakey and slow at best

 

 

 


Same problem here, it ttok Sonos 3 years to come up with an app that has no new features, where you can‘t find anything anymore, and where you are unable to play music from a NAS, and now also Deezer doesn‘t work anymore, with a totally useless error message that something went wrong. Reauthorization and re-instalkation of the Deezer service does not solve the problem. Come on Sonos, please do a rollback to the previous S2 version


I'm having the same issues for like a month now has anyone figured this out or has Deezer patched this cuz usually you got to talk to Deezer and they patch it. 

 

This happened to a while back when there was an update as well


Same!! New update.. New issues and no new functionality!!


I feel like we are getting ignored, everything worked so chill.. first deezers ugly update a couple of months ago and now sonos and everything went to *.

I am having similar issues since the update. We have deezer family and now my profile (admin) will not load. Just get an error message “something went wrong. Try again”; however my husband’s profile loads fine. Playlists are lost or won’t play properly ( song will skip to other songs after a few seconds of playing). Very frustrated as we have never had an issue until now and we have had our system for years.
