If this question has already been asked, I apologize.

My question is related to the return policy. The policy says that the item must be returned within 14 days of requesting an RMA. Is a return still eligible even after 14 days of requesting an RMA? (it is still well within the 100-day return window they have here in Sweden).

Yes, I was in contact with the support and was not given a clear answer on this very question. I thought that perhaps someone had been in the same situation and could share their thoughts. Will try to get in touch with them again!
