honestly, what the hell application did they do? I'm fed up with this new version of the application. Nothing but NOTHING WORKS WELL where is the good old SONOS application? please……. Honestly what a * UPGRADE

After updating Sonos app, i don’t understand why, concerning the EQ, the balance between left/right has disappeared…???? it was a good way to re direct the signal depending on the configuration of yr room.
this update is useless..and, also, there’s no way to go back to the previous one??
They hear your concerns. Features you expected will be rolled back into the product in the coming couple months.
I heard this company was led by a ceo. Not sure though.

I am finding a lag on opening the Sonos app on my iPad, is this happening to anyone else?
I'm not chuffed about having to wait for months to be able to use my speakers.
Just tried using Spotify account on my phone and it was able to find the speakers and we are listening to our playlist now
Try going in from your streaming account instead of the Sonos software
The update really is a disgrace!!
All things I loved about are gone, now it has become only a very expensive streamingbox. No playlist, timers, even regular radios are difficult to find.
Does anybody know how to roll back to the previous version.. .. Waiting months to use my files on my NAS are not what I signed up for..
SONOS DO SOMETHING USEFULL
Am currently looking at alternatives. Have had enough. The Sonos app was bad at the best of times but this latest update is unbelievable. Can’t now connect devices, with repeated message telling me to try later. Utter rubbish. What a shame.
Since the latest update, I’m finding it very difficult to change rooms! It always defaults to one speaker, and the only way I can get it to play on a different speaker is to select both, Apply, then deselect the default and Apply again.
Also, why is there no longer alphabetical navigation for the music library?
Did anyone actually test these changes on a standard device before rolling it out?
Still no response to my request for help/compliant. Worst service I’ve had since stupidly eating on Champs Elyse’s in the 90’s.
May update is chaos. The EQ is hidden to deep … in the previous version it was easy accessible. And please give us the balance left/right back … we paid for it !

I updated my app and then Amp audio wasn’t working but my Sonos Ray played music. Discovered that I had to move audio bar in App for Amp in order to get my wired speakers to work even though the audio bar was set to a specific volume.
I was very surprised by this update and I am very sad about it. I love my Sonos but now I feel completely disorientated. I do not understand anything about the new interface. Why did this happen? Why is everything floating around so many different screens? Where did the playlist go? Wat cant i add tracks to the cue/playlist?
If there is any way of turning back to the previous interface please tell me….
Luck you - I can’t get what I want to connect. There is some random connection at opposite ends of the house.
FYI. I can change from device to device or play from both devices, however volume control doesn’t work. I’ll send an update if I figure it out.
Go figure. Just tried the volume control and it works. Keeping my fingers crossed that nothing goes awry.
Btw. I also transferred sonos account too if you haven’t tried this.
I have ended up deleting, reinstalling, logging back in, running yet another update. But it seemed to have fixed the connection problem.

"After the May 21st update, the audio for my TV is not working correctly. Do I have to reinstall the speaker system?" Is it possible to revert back to the prior app? Also, the Tidal app no longer has a play button for Artist Radio or Top Hit’s. I can only play albums.
My audio didn’t work on my Ray speaker that was connected to Tv. But it worked fine with my Sonos music apps.
I opened Do is App on my iphone. Open settings and selected Ray. Scroll down to remote set up and follow directions.
now Ray works with Tv audio and audio using amp for music.
