Releasing unfinished and buggy software is stupid and unprofessional. But it's not a crime.
Your AV guy is obviously not going to fix anything. You're wasting your money.
Oh good: yet another call for a class action. With so many thousands of customers, there must be at least one lawyer or solicitor amongst the Sonos user community to take on the case?
It’s a crime when a service you paid for does not work for an entire customer base for months on end!!!!
You think Crowdstrike isn’t going to get sued for the very same reason! When you break * people have people paid for you are accountable! And this isn’t even a 1 day issue. This has been multiple months. How are they not backing out this * app update that doesn’t work, put the old one in place, and then re-release once they figure out how to do this properly. That would be the legal and appropriate thing to do.

A crime? As in a criminal offence? No it isn’t. An inconvenience perhaps but not a crime.

But you didn't pay for a service. You bought a product.
Clearly you are employees of Sonos
Moderator edit: Sonos employees are labelled as such
Clearly you are employees of Sonos
Sonos must be the world’s biggest employer then if they employ everyone who disagrees with you.

Ahh, that response, when someone makes common-sense challenges to hyperbole and hysteria.
FYI, @ajetnil , Sonos staff are clearly identified on the forums.
And, in anticipation of the next reaction and response to contradiction: I am not paid by Sonos, and I get no financial or other benefits for contributing on these forums.
Clearly you are employees of Sonos
Did you even read my first reply?
No wonder you need to pay other people to fix your tech for you...
