Since you seem to have already decided the nature of the problem, I don’t really know why you asked.
That said, are you sure you can trust your intern? Might they be messing about with your system 
What a mess! Sonos are normally pretty good as regards the quality of their updates, but this one isn’t even beta quality. Poor quality control, just fix the music library access.
