Wiindows controller says I am connected, but does not connect

my Windows 10 controller say “cannot connect to your  system” then I click on from the pull down menu to “connect to an existing system”  after about 2 minutes of circling, it says that “I am now connected to your system”  with a check mark.  When I click on “done”, it just goes back to the “cannot connect to you system page”  without showing the main screen. My system works fine from my android devices.

Try deleting the Sonos controller and rebooting your computer and router. Then reinstall the Sonos controller.
