When I pick an album to play from my Apple Music library it shows the album and goes to the first track but doesn’t play and skips through each title without playing anything .
Sonos skipping through tracks
I am having the same problem. Did you resolve yours?
It looked like it had resolved itself but now it’s happening again , so no further forward.
Have read it’s an Amazon upgrade that for some reason won’t allow it to work through Sonos. I created a Spotify account and it works fine now.
I use iTunes with Sonos so not sure how the Amazon thing would affect it .
