I can see this has been asked many times but I've yet to find an answer that solves my issue.

I have an Amazon playlist of around 900 songs and growing. This playlist shuffles with no issues on my phone, however not via Sonos

When start Sonos either via the app or Alexa I only have access to 500 songs and they don't shuffle properly. There are a fraction of songs which continually shuffle, but most never do.

if I shuffle via Amazon and connect to Sonos, I apparently have access to the entire playlist, but again only they same few songs play again and again.

I've refreshed music, deleted Amazon and reinstalled and the same with the Sonos app.

I love my Sonos system but this is doing my head in.

I really don't want to change music streaming platform, but do any other platforms work better?

Many thanks

There are some posts here on the limits of outside playlists, numbers, time to load and such, they seem to impact multiple services so changing isn’t likely to be a great help.

I don’t notice a problem loading 300 song Amazon playlists so maybe smaller is an option for you?

is this problem back? with the recent app update, it is just not possible to load a playlist larger than 100 songs. (last week, it was working perfectly)

I'm having the same problem since new app and was told in the sonos help chatroom that this had always been the case???

I have definitely been playing playlists of up to 500 for the last 4 years up until last week

I'm having the same issue. Only 100 songs now load from the playlist so no way to play the songs in playlist from 101+. When I click on any song from 101+, it just starts playing song 1. What *.

Yes, definitely.  If I choose a song beyond 100 it won't play it at all. Defeats the object of the app for me. I can only manage to play full lists by going into amazon first. It's very long winded and not such a user friendly way. I have to connect amazon to one speaker the use the sonos app to add the other speakers. If for any reason it gets disturbed, I have to start again. Very frustrating! I won't be purchasing so is again if this isn't resolved soon.
