I have been having issues with the S2 app for over a year now.  It’s intermittent.  It happens on both my iPhone and my wife’s - connected to same sonos system.

 

The issue is on speaker list - if I scroll to bottom of rooms then it jumps to top.  The same issue is seen on system information screen - same thing but you can see the data flickering.  It also happens if you search for song and expand Spotify list - it jumps back a screen.

 

I have tried resetting app, reinstalling etc.  it happens more often than not.  Anyone got any ideas?

I haven’t heard of this before - I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
