Unbelievable.  I have 6 products from Sonos. It is asking me every week to reauthorize account . It is not possible to reauthorize from Android app. This problem is here for more that 8 months , what I can see from another posts. All posts were closed , and it ia not possible to wrote there. But this problem has not been solved !! I have latest SW on my products , and I have also latest android app. Are you going to do something ?

The latest firmware and app update did resolve that issue for some user (including me) but sadly not for all. I just can tell you, that Sonos still is aware of the problem and is working on a solution.  


The worst software update in my life. Loved Sonos, planned to buy more but after this I will never buy a single piece from them

Unfortunatelly , you are right . I have 6 Sonos devices . On this issue I come to know , that Sonos do not take care of customers , and they can easily "block" products. In the past I worked as software developer , so I know , how it works. No way , to not to be able  repair software bug in 9 monhs !!. It is about minutes , maximum about days . Not nearly a year !  Luckily my Sonos start working few days ago. AS I wrote here I had lastest firmware and latest app already long time already, and it doesn't help. Meanwhile I installed app on Windows desktop , and try to reathorize frome there. It doesn't help. It starts working "alone" after few days, after I wrote here. I think , they are manually correcting one by one , when somebody complain !!!. 


Unbelievable.  It works for me 4 days. Yes four days !! Such **** system. !!!! Do you want to tell me that I throw more than 2000 Euro thru window?
