I am done with the new Sonos app. It even removed my playlist which I took years to build!! I want to sell my Sonos speakers and playbar and move on. They need to fire the head who released this glitchy and useless update. Can I get the lower level update of the app?? Please help!

If you want to “sell my Sonos speakers… and move on”, what does it matter whether you can “get the lower level update of the app”? 


It is terrible. I restated my router bedside that’s the Ring camera also sucks and the only way to clear this cache is to reboot your router. I digress. 
so after the reboot, I noticed that my “line in” source was no longer available. 

I rebooted the Sonos machines and now I can’t even control the volume. 

 

obviously, I’ve reset the app several times. I’ve turned all the units on and off and reset the app and still do I have a line in button? No! Do I have control? No. 
 

The quality is definitely gone downhill and I am not happy nor would I recommend these products 

 

It’s a sad day when you’ve invested lots of money for something that has terrible software
