New SKY network router will not connect , Phone app with no setting's


So yesterday i upgraded to a new SKY Router and have tried to connect my SONOS One pair of speakers etc, i have opened the APP on my phone which gives me the option ‘sonos and your mobile device must be on the same network ‘lets fix it’ ...tapped this and brings me to ‘Update Network’ tap this and it brings me to ‘Go To Settings’ which just brings me to ‘App Info’ page were there is no help to continue….i am so frustrated with this as i am going around in circles :(

everyone was so helpful last time so here goes again

any help appreciated :)

Does your phone meet Sonos’ requirements?

When you tap update network, does a pop up appear (re add or change networks). That’s what you need.
