Have a case number - ******** - Had to bail after an hour of running through what I’d said and done ten times… Opened my iPhone app on Monday to play tunes. It forced a software update. When the update finished my library vanished. Updated on my Win10 PC. Same result. NAS is a Buffalo LS441D. No issues until this point. Have rebooted the NAS, router, etc. etc. etc. Same result; library tries to build but dies about five minutes into the process. “Music Files Not Available” error. Horsecrap: The NAS is happy and up and has had zero config/update changes in the last six months.
On the initial hour long call, tried the turn SMB on/off on the NAS. No joy. NAS share permissions are set R/W across the drive and Sonos login credentials are for the admin level.
Hoping somebody at Tier II level reads this and can assist, else I’ve got two Fives, a Connect, and two Roams that just became worthless bricks.
