Sonos devices not accepting selected music choice. Plays random tracks instead.

Sounds like you are an Amazon Prime user. The solution is to pay them more money for an Ultimate Music subscription.

Upgraded to “Unlimited”. Perfect! 😀. That was obviously the problem. All good now. Thankyou for the suggestion.

Amazon Prime as part of tv package. Sounds like subscription restriction possibly.
