It’s now September 2024. I still can’t scan and update my music library which disappeared about four or five months ago. I have read and tried everything suggested without success.

Can anyone help?

I’m sorry to hear you are still having issues playing your music library via Sonos.

I have read and tried everything suggested without success.

The only thing I would suggest after reading the above is to contact our Support team. They have tools at their disposal to provide you with advice and information about your Sonos system and what it reports.

They can also guide you through setting up your Music Library, if possible with your current setup.

I have contacted your support team They replied and assigned me a case number but I never heard from them again.

I will check out your community library page, but I think I have tried every suggestion many times over.

There must be a solution. It’s been at least six months now!
