losing my hair!!

For the love of God please can someone help. 
For so many months now I’m in despair with the 6 Sonos speakers I have in this house!

Everytime I try and play an album from my Amazon prime account (which was always working perfectly for 3 years) now isn’t!! It either doesn’t play the artist at all or plays 1 track or so and then plays something completely random. What is that about?!! I’m seriously tearing my hair out!! Please help someone. Thank you

Late last year, Amazon Music changed how their music service works. The basic service used to allow users to play specific songs and albums. This is no longer the case. Now you need to have an Amazon Music Unlimited subscription to play specific songs and albums.
