Good morning,
When I listen to albums from my music library I click to launch them and then the application shuts down and restarts, this is each time I launch the application for the first time of the day on the Windows desktop.

Then I noticed there on the Android phone application, that if I select a Radio from Sono Radio which is systematically a favorite on each first launch it will launch me the last radio that I listened to while I click of course on a different radio.

Thank you in advance for your assistance

Please use the Reliability tool on Windows to get information about the crash in the Windows app. It’s been a very long time since the Windows controller had a crashing bug, and it was eventually determined to be regarding monitor profiles (and it was actually a bug in Windows in the end).

hi I just did it and it actually indicates that it crashed in security and maintenance under my Win 10 Pro 64 bits. So what should I do? Nothing because unfortunately it comes from Windows and not from the Sonos controller installed under Windows 10 Pro?

If you share the crash details (example from my machine below) I can take a look.

Hi, Thanks you here my crash bug Sonos Controller.

Discussing anything Beta here is likely to be a problem for you getting back into the Beta program.

No real help on the Windows issue aside from the standard update, remove/reinstall and reboot suggestions.

Not sure I understand the Radio issue you are describing.

I couldn't know it without being confronted with it, now I'll know it, we've set the record straight. But as they say, forewarned is forearmed.
