sonos has become utterly useless as a playback service for amazon music.

songs stop in the middle of playback - error message   the song is not encoded correctly.

or sonos just drops the link to amazon - error message  the connection to Amazon Music was lost

I get these messages not one or twice a day but dozens.  I have asked tech support for help on these for years now.

I gather since their developers refuse to fix this is it is a sonos/google doesn’t want to play well with amazon.

Wish I had not invested in as many speakers or I would abandon sonos immediately.

their speakers would be best suited for small boat anchors.

Try wiring one of your speakers directly to the router with an ethernet cable and see if that makes a difference.
