I use Apple Music service with iPhone's Music application.
My understanding is below.
Then the received music data are sent to Sonos Amp via Airplay, and I listen the sound from speaker that are connected Sonos Amp.
And I'd like to know that,
in case that Apple Music is played back with Sonos application, the music data of Apple Music are directly got from the server on internet.
Is it right ?
If you’re using AirPlay 2, the music comes from whatever device you’re using AirPlay 2 on.
If you’re using the Sonos app, the music streams straight to the Sonos device, and not through the Sonos controller on whatever device you’re using.
