I use Spotify between several devices. Usually, I can switch it seamlessly between my Sonos, TV, phone and computer. However, a few days ago, I can no longer connect it to the Sonos. It appears in my “Connect to a Device” list, but will not actually connect.

I’ve updated its firmware and tried unplugging it several times, but nothing seems to work.

Any fixes or advice?

Try this:

1: Power off all Sonos

2: Restart router

3: Wait until the router has fully restarted before you power on Sonos

I tried this method twice and still have the same problem. I can play Spotify through the Sonos app, but not through Spotify. Also, I can play other profiles from my Premium Spotify account on the TV, but not my own for some reason.
