Cant conect. Sonos 5, gen 1. HAd it for 2 years and used it maybe 2-3 hours. Cant conect. Trude everything!

Perhaps if you were to give more descriptions about your system, and how it is connected, etc, the community might help. What language is the word ‘Trude’ from?
For instance, a PLAY:5 Gen 1 will only work with the S1 version of the app. Do you have it wired to your router with an Ethernet cable? What version of the controller are you using? What device is that controller running on, and what OS is on that device?
